Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the unwashed and unworn items in their original biodegradable packaging, ensuring all eco-tags are still attached.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download and print the carbon-neutral shipping label provided through the portal and securely affix it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Drop your package at any authorized courier location; once we receive and inspect your items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
